We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and motivated people to join our Supervisor Team. Tasks and key skills include:

  • Liaising with Team Leaders, Senior Management, Project Managers, and Agents
  • Actively coaching and motivating agents to achieve and exceed targets set. Identify any gaps in knowledge and coach accordingly.
  • Ensuring the agents in the team conduct interviews in accordance with Ipsos quality standards
  • Setting aspirational daily targets, monitoring and evaluating agent performance. Identifying agents who are underperforming and providing guidance.
  • Ability to multi- task. You may be allocated multiple tasks at any time. Ability to be adaptable, analytical, efficient and thorough
  • Promote the business ‘Best Practice’ policies. Be aware and understanding of Ipsos' 5 core values: Integrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Client First and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
  • The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations especially during busy periods.

 

Essentials

  • A laptop/PC running Windows 10 or above.
  • A compatible USB connecting 'call centre style' headset with microphone.
  • A stable and strong broadband connection when working remotely.
  • Unrestricted access to somewhere quiet and private for the duration of any shift.
