Ipsos has flexible opportunities just waiting for you for Telephone Interviewing positions!

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic, and motivated people to join our team. 

Working from home you will be conducting market research telephone interviews using your own personal computer.

You will not be required to sell anything and our Interviewers find the work interesting, flexible, and varied. The work is on a casual basis which means you can pick your shifts and number of hours worked (minimum 12 per week when working), and you are free to work for other employers. This flexibility allows you to work around other commitments. Some experience in customer contact and one to one communication would be beneficial but not essential.

You must have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, good timekeeping and reliability, be clearly spoken and demonstrate professionalism and patience.


  • A laptop/pc running Windows 10
  • A  compatible USB connecting 'call centre style' headset with microphone
  • A stable and strong broadband connection.
  • Unrestricted access to somewhere quiet and private for the duration of any shift.

Full training will be provided by remote webinar.

Key Responsibilities and duties:

  • To conduct high quality market research surveys over the telephone from home
  • To be confident and polite when engaging participants
  • To gather information exactly as scripted from a questionnaire built for that client
  • To ensure accurate responses are gathered without influence
  • To conduct each interview according to the given specification
  • To instil confidence and assurance with members of the public & business contacts
  • To act as an ambassador of Ipsos, the Client and the industry
  • To make sure the participant is left feeling positive about the interview experience
